1. Definitions
Includes: Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information, Sale, Sharing, Service Provider, Contractor, Third Party, Opt-Out Preference Signal, Verifiable Consumer Request, and Household.
2. Purpose & Scope
This Addendum applies exclusively to California residents and supplements the Global Privacy Policy. Where this Addendum conflicts with the Global Policy, this Addendum prevails for California residents.
3. Categories of Personal Information Collected
We may collect categories of information defined under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140, including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and geolocation data. We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information.
4. Purposes of Processing
We use Personal Information for order fulfilment, account management, fraud prevention, analytics, service improvements, and marketing where permitted. All purposes align with the CCPA/CPRA’s business purpose definitions.
5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd does not sell or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We only disclose data to Service Providers under CCPA/CPRA-compliant agreements.
6. Consumer Rights
California residents have rights to:
- Know what information is collected
- Access their Personal Information
- Request deletion (subject to exceptions)
- Request correction
- Opt out of sale/sharing (not applicable)
- Non-discrimination

7. Verification of Requests
We verify requests using reasonable authentication methods appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share information of minors under 16, and we do not permit account creation for minors without lawful consent.
9. Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information as defined by CPRA § 1798.140(ae).

This Addendum must be read together with the Global Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Cookie Preferences Policy, and Automated Decision-Making Disclosure.
