1. Definitions
‘Digital Content’ means e-books, PDFs, images, audio, text, downloadable files, and associated materials.
‘SGH’ refers to Strategic Global Holdings Pty Ltd.
‘Superspeed.ai’ refers to the operating and distributing entity licensed by SGH.
‘Licensed Materials’ means any intellectual property owned by SGH and made available to users through Superspeed.ai.
2. Purpose & Scope
This Notice defines ownership, licensing rights, permitted use, and prohibited activities relating to all books, digital books, downloadable files, and associated creative assets distributed by Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd. It applies to all customers, end users, and third-party partners.
3. Ownership of Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, brand imagery, digital content, and creative works, is solely owned by Strategic Global Holdings Pty Ltd (SGH). Superspeed.ai distributes these materials under a formal IP licence. No transfer of ownership occurs through purchase or access to Digital Content.
4. Licence to Users
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access Digital Content for personal use only. All rights not expressly granted remain with SGH.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Licensed Materials
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or DRM controls
- Upload Digital Content to public or private file-sharing platforms
- Use Digital Content to train AI or machine learning models
- Create derivative works without written consent
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Licensed Materials
6. Digital Rights Management (DRM) & Watermarking
Digital Content may include watermarking, encryption, or access restrictions. Attempts to bypass DRM or remove digital protections constitute a breach of this Notice and may result in licence termination or legal action.
7. Copyright Infringement & Enforcement
Any unauthorised use of Licensed Materials may breach the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), international copyright treaties, and other applicable laws. SGH and Superspeed.ai reserve all enforcement rights, including seeking compensation for infringement.
8. Moral Rights
Authors and creators retain their moral rights, including the right to attribution and integrity of their work. Nothing in this Notice limits or extinguishes these rights.
9. Requests for Permission
Requests to quote, reproduce, adapt, or license content must be submitted to Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd, who will coordinate with SGH as required. Approval is not guaranteed.
10. Cross-Document Integration
This Notice must be read together with: Digital Content EULA v4.95, Digital Downloads Terms v4.95, E-Commerce Terms v4.95, Privacy Policy v4.95, and the DRM and security controls defined in the Security Overview v4.95.
