1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Cushi website, applications, artificial intelligence systems, APIs, integrations, and all associated online services (“Services”).
This AUP forms part of the Terms of Use, must be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (where applicable), and applies to all user types.
2. GENERAL USER OBLIGATIONS
Users must use the Services lawfully, protect credentials, provide accurate information, and follow relevant organisational policies.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Security violations; misuse of AI systems; prohibited high-risk AI use; unlawful or harmful behaviour; uploading extremist, violent, or illegal content.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users are responsible for all uploaded content. It must not violate IP, privacy, confidentiality, employment contracts, or any applicable law.
5. ORGANISATIONAL / ENTERPRISE USE
Institutional users must follow internal IT/HR/legal requirements. Administrators are responsible for ensuring compliance.
6. SYSTEM INTEGRITY AND RATE LIMITS
Users must not interfere with system integrity, deploy automated tools without approval, or bypass rate limits.
7. REPORTING
Security or misconduct concerns may be reported to security@cushi.ai and privacy@cushi.ai.
8. ENFORCEMENT
Cushi may suspend, restrict, remove content, terminate accounts, or notify regulators/law enforcement.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Users must comply with applicable laws across all relevant jurisdictions.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the user’s jurisdiction and by the Terms of Use.
11. UPDATES
Updates will be published with version tracking.
