1. Definitions
Defines: Services, Website, User, Digital Content, Security Controls, Malicious Code, Automated Tool, Unauthorised Access.
2. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs all user interactions with the website, e-commerce systems, digital downloads, and related services. It applies to all Users, whether browsing, purchasing, downloading, or submitting content.
3. Core User Obligations
Users must:
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Use accurate account information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Immediately report suspected misuse or security issues
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Access accounts that are not theirs
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware or malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data using bots or scripts
- Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate website code or layout
- Interfere with server performance or infrastructure
- Post defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content in reviews
- Misuse digital downloads in violation of the EULA
- Attempt to train AI models using Digital Content
5. Digital Content Protections
Users may not share, resell, host, publicly distribute, or modify Digital Content. DRM, watermarks, and licensing metadata must not be circumvented, removed, or interfered with.
6. Security & System Integrity
Users must not:
- Probe for vulnerabilities
- Overload or stress-test infrastructure
- Use automated tools to gain unauthorised access
- Exploit system errors for personal benefit
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Users are prohibited from:
- Conducting fraudulent chargebacks
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- Misusing promotions or discounts
- Abusing refund systems
8. Enforcement Framework
Depending on severity, enforcement actions may include:
- Warning notifications
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account closure
- IP address blocking
- Termination of Digital Content licence
- Referral to law enforcement where appropriate
9. Appeals & Review
Users may request review of an enforcement action by contacting support. Reviews are conducted by a senior staff member not involved in the original decision.
10. Cross-Document Alignment
This AUP is part of the broader governance framework and works alongside the Website Terms of Use, E-Commerce Terms, Digital Downloads Terms, Digital Content EULA, Privacy Policy, Security Overview, AI Governance Statements, and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
11. Governing Law
Governed by Queensland law, subject to mandatory protections in applicable jurisdictions.
12. Amendments
The company may update this AUP at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
