Superspeed.ai Pty Ltd (Cushi.ai / Cushi.app) is committed to delivering digital products and learning services that are accessible, inclusive, and usable for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA
• Progression toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA
• Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA)
• U.S. Section 508 and ADA digital accessibility guidelines
• UK Equality Act 2010
• EU Web Accessibility Directive

Accessibility is integrated into our design system, product development workflows, and governance processes.

This Statement applies to:

• Cushi.ai website
• Cushi web and responsive mobile applications
• Learning modules, micro-apps, dashboards, and digital content
• Documentation, help articles, and downloadable resources

Third-party content outside our control is excluded, though we select vendors with strong accessibility credentials.

• Resizable text without loss of functionality

Cushi follows an iterative testing model:

• Manual keyboard-only navigation testing
• NVDA + VoiceOver screen reader checks
• Assistive tech compatibility tests on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android
• Regression testing for accessibility in each major release

8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Where third-party modules or hosted videos exist, Cushi:

• Requests VPAT/ACR documentation
• Prefers vendors with strong accessibility policies
• Implements mitigating instructions where full compliance is not possible

Users may report accessibility barriers or request content in alternative formats by contacting:

SLA for accessibility feedback:
Acknowledgement: within 5 business days
Initial action plan: within 20 business days

10. COMPATIBILITY

Cushi supports modern browsers and OS accessibility settings. Older browsers or outdated assistive tools may not provide full compatibility.

11. FUTURE ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENTS

• Annual third-party accessibility audit
• Publication of an annual accessibility update
• Continued investment in inclusive design
• Expansion toward WCAG 2.2 AA conformance
• Implementation of “cognitive-friendly” UX modes
