This Cookie Preferences Policy explains how users may manage cookies and tracking technologies across Cushi.ai / Cushi.app (“Sites”). It forms part of the Cookie Notice and Privacy Policy and is drafted to meet the highest standards of:

• Australian Privacy Act (APPs)
• CPRA and U.S. targeted advertising opt-out laws
• China PIPL consent requirements
• LATAM regional tracking and transparency regulations

Where inconsistencies arise, regional rules with stronger protections prevail.

5. BROWSER CONTROLS

9. COOKIE RETENTION AND LIFESPANS

Session cookies expire at browser close.
Non-essential cookies retained for max 13 months unless law requires a shorter period.

11. SENSITIVE-PURPOSE TRACKING PROHIBITION

Cushi prohibits cookies used for:

12. CHANGES TO COOKIE TOOLS

Updates may occur due to legal or platform changes. The Effective Date reflects the latest version.
