1. Definitions
Defines key PDPA terms: Personal Data, Processing, Purpose Limitation, Consent, Access Request, Correction Request, Reasonable Security Arrangements, Overseas Transfer, and Deemed Consent (By Conduct / By Notification).
2. Purpose & Scope
This Addendum applies to individuals located in Singapore and supplements the Global Privacy Policy. If a conflict arises, this Addendum prevails for Singapore users.
3. PDPA Obligations We Comply With
We comply with the 10 obligations under the PDPA:

4. Collection & Use of Personal Data
Collected Personal Data is used for order fulfilment, customer support, account operation, fraud prevention, analytics, marketing (where consented), and digital content delivery.
5. Consent Requirements
We obtain consent for collecting, using, or disclosing Personal Data unless an exception applies. We may rely on:
- Express consent
- Deemed consent by conduct (e.g., providing delivery address to fulfil an order)
- Deemed consent by notification (where lawfully used)
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Access & Correction Rights
Users may request:
- Access to their Personal Data
- Information on how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
- Corrections to inaccurate data
Requests may be submitted to support@superspeed.ai.
7. Protection Obligation
We implement reasonable security arrangements to protect Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, following ISO 27001-aligned controls.
8. Retention Limitation
Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary to perform the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. It is securely destroyed thereafter.
9. Transfer Limitation Obligation
When transferring Personal Data outside Singapore, we ensure comparable protection by using:
- Contractual clauses
- PDPC-approved transfer mechanisms
- Technical and organisational controls
10. Data Breach Notification
We notify the PDPC and affected individuals where a notifiable data breach occurs, in alignment with PDPA Part VIA.
11. Children’s Data
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors without verified parental consent.
12. Cross-Document Integration
This Addendum must be read with the Global Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice, Cookie Preferences Policy, and Regional Addenda.
